Account Information: When you register for a Basic or Premium Pro account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing details.
Trade Data: When exporters submit a “Blind Match” load, we collect cargo specifications and hidden contact information.
Geospatial & Usage Data: We collect your IP address and billing country to determine appropriate payment gateways (e.g., Paystack for Kenya, PayPal for Global) and analyze platform usage.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate our matchmaking ecosystem and Vetted Scout Directories.
To process secure subscription and lead-unlock payments.
To communicate platform updates, compliance alerts, and account notices.

3. How We Share Your Information (The “Blind Match” Engine)

SaatchiConsult is strictly an information nexus. If you post a load to our Blind Match Board, your cargo specifications (Origin, Destination, Volume) are visible to the public. However, your Contact Information is strictly hidden and will only be shared with verified Logistics Providers who have purchased a Premium Pro subscription to unlock your lead. We do not sell your personal data to third-party ad networks.

4. Data Security

We use enterprise-grade encryption and secure payment gateways (PayPal/Paystack) to process transactions. We do not store your raw credit card numbers on our local servers.
