Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the SaatchiConsult platform. By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Role & Limitation of Liability

SaatchiConsult is strictly a LaaS Information Nexus and digital publisher.

  • We are not a freight forwarder, non-vessel operating common carrier (NVOCC), customs broker, financial institution, or logistics operator.
  • We do not issue bills of lading, touch physical cargo, or route freight.
  • We do not act as an agent, broker, or legal representative for any Exporter, Buyer, Enabler, or Logistics Provider listed on this site.

Any contracts, financial transactions, or operational agreements made are strictly between the participating parties. SaatchiConsult assumes absolutely zero liability for lost cargo, delayed shipments, financial disputes, damaged goods, or regulatory compliance penalties.

2. User Responsibilities

It is your sole responsibility to:

  • Vet and perform due diligence on any partner you connect with through our platform.
  • Ensure all international shipping laws, export duties, and phytosanitary certifications are met.
  • Verify the legitimacy of buyers and the financial standing of logistics providers.

3. The Regulatory Sandbox & Trade Blueprints

The Trade Lane Blueprint builder and Regulatory Sandbox are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Global trade laws change rapidly. While we strive for accuracy, you must consult with licensed customs brokers or national revenue authorities (e.g., KRA in Kenya) before moving physical goods. We are not liable for seized cargo resulting from reliance on our blueprints.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account, without refund, if we suspect fraudulent activity, spam, or a violation of these Terms.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform itself (excluding disputes between users regarding freight) shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Nairobi, Kenya.
